打印滅菌指示油墨的方法跟打印普通油墨的方法相類似，不過也有一些不同之處會影響到油墨的
變色效果。例如: 由於天寶油墨要作為變色指示的Class1化學(xué)滅菌指示器，就同一打印面積而言，
天寶油墨所需要的油墨量一般會比普通打印油墨為多。請根據(jù)以下指示或諮詢我們的銷售人員了
解使用的方法。
1. 先將油墨放在室溫的環(huán)境
2. 將油墨完全地攪拌混合，選用可調(diào)速的電鑽配上分散葉片的攪拌槳，放進(jìn)油墨裡面進(jìn)行攪
拌最少10分鐘，確保所有固體成份都已經(jīng)溶合在油墨的溶劑之中。檢查油墨是否已經(jīng)完全混
合，可以使用木棒伸入油墨容器底部，再拿出來查看是否仍有固體成份或顆粒在油墨裡面而
未有完全溶化混合的。如果未能將油墨正確地完全混合，會影響打印的效果及產(chǎn)品的一致性。
3. 可按需要加入稀釋劑，每次添加的份量不能超過5%
注意: 稀釋油墨有機會影響油墨的變色效果，在添加稀釋劑後打印的產(chǎn)品需注意變色效果是否
符合要求
建議稀釋劑:蒸餾水
4. 不可添加任何非TDS技術(shù)文件指示或天寶技術(shù)人員建議的物質(zhì)到油墨裡面，否則有可能妨礙
油墨的化學(xué)反應(yīng)，影響打印的顏色或變色效果、甚至令油墨失去變色的功能
5. 確保沒有清潔劑殘留在打印機器的油墨盤及油墨會流過的管道，因為清潔劑有機會與油墨中
的成分產(chǎn)生化學(xué)變化
6. 持續(xù)保持油墨在油墨盤中的流動，避免油墨中固體成份
沉澱在油墨盤的底部, 可以手動攪拌
或使用低速度水流幫浦保持油墨流動
7. 每30至60分鐘檢查一次油墨的粘度
8. 使用品質(zhì)良好的打印基材
9. 在大批量打印前，進(jìn)行試印及檢驗變色效果
10. 確保有足夠份量的油墨打印到基材上；
對於化學(xué)指示器是非常關(guān)鍵的顏色轉(zhuǎn)變條件：6分鐘(+/-1秒), 50°C/122°F(+/-0.5°C), 等離子氣體濃度2.3mg/l(+/-0.4mg/l)
建議使用時期：出廠後6個月
存放及處理：油墨儲存在原裝密封容器、並放在清涼乾爽的環(huán)境，溫度保持在60°F/15°C 至 80°F/27°C；不能冷藏凝固
注意: 油墨經(jīng)過冷藏凝固會影響日後的使用效果；請確保油墨在儲存和運送期間不是出現(xiàn)冷藏凝固的狀態(tài)；
